[Qgis-psc] Next HF: two proposals

Hi Paolo, all,

Maybe a poll on attendance intentions would be interesting to carry out to 
help the decision ?

I know that at Oslandia we will attend the Vienna codesprint, and would not be 
able to attend the QGIS dev meeting if it's in Girona at the same period.
