[Qgis-psc] QGIS as a legal entity

Hi all.
I asked: in Italy to become a legal non profit entity you need a 
one-time registration (about 1.5 k€) and an yearly administration charge 
of 0.5 k€.
Please note: due to the crazy Italian bureauocracy, I do *not* 
recomment opening a position there. I'm sending this just as a parameter 
to compare other countries.
