[Qgis-psc] Ask for hackfest hosting at linuxhotel in Essen

Hi,

as proposed in Brighton I asked at the linuxhotel, when they would be able
to host us again for a hackfest. In general it would only be possible for a
5 days period, if it is a weekend together with a (german) holiday. I had a
look into the calender and for spring/autumn 2014 we could ask for:

a) Week from Thursday - Monday (1.May - 5.May), because there is Labor Day
   on 1. May in Germany

b) Week from Thursday - Monday (29.May - 2.June), because there is Ascension
   Day on 29. May.

c) Week from Thursday - Monday (2.Oct - 6.Oct), because there is Day of
   German Unity on 3.October

d) Week from Thursday - Monday (30.Oct - 3.Nov), because there is
   Reformation Day on 31.October and All Saints Day on 1.Nov.

If we find a date we want to go to the linuxhotel again, I can ask and try
to organize with them.
