They take paypal, you could use that as well. QGIS has a paypal account 
already, I know because the android installer has a donate button for it.

You could create a custom button, "donate QGIS a month of hosting" and 
then use the account to pay hetzner. also, the paypal account can be 
topped up for the monts where nobody donated.
