Hi all.
Let me recall here the issues we have to solve from my point of view:

* donations

  * automatic:	flattr
  * occasional:	keep on with PayPal, or use a web app to better keep track of all?
currently the process is very cumbersome
  * campaigns: indiegogo, pledgebank, do-it-yourself?
  * someone suggested BitCoin, I remeber of objections; however, OSM is apparently
accepting it http://donate.openstreetmap.org/server2013/

* new server: should we move on?
* TradeMark: idem
* legal entity: idem
