[Qgis-psc] qgis.org email adresses

Hi

Ok I set up finance at qgis.org which anyone can post to and Richard, Paolo,
Horst and myself are subscribed to. Anyone else on PSC is welcome - Richard
and myself are list owners so either of us can add you as needed.
