Dear all,

Following the recent events concerning the AAS sponsorship documents,
please allow me to write a couple of lines.
Although at the moment I'm here to act as an intermediary between you
and AAS, at the end of March I will resign for personal reasons. From
that moment on, the dialogue will be directly between you and AAS. A
delay of more than one month for a simple piece of paper and an e-mail
asking to the customer for a document issued by you is seen here in
Japan (and not only) as extreme rudeness and lack of seriousness. Such
behaviour could cost you AAS's sponsorship, as seen from our side it
seems that nobody is really interested in us being your sponsor. I would
humbly suggest, for the QGIS benefit that you treat AAS with more
seriousness and competence.
My words do not want to be offensive, on the contrary I am trying to
avoid that my company stops its sponsorship in the future. Precise,
formal and business focused communications are required.
