[Qgis-psc] Style repo integration

Hi all.
As you know, a succesful GSoC has added the possibility to add custom styles through
a comon repo, essentially as an extension of plugin repo.
After a long time, it is now clear hat nobody has the time to merge this work, which
I think will boost QGIS usability in many contexts.
I therefore suggest to hire someone from the core team to do this job. We have a
reasonable amount of funds to cover this.
I'd appreciate comments and votes.
