This will depend on the form we'll take. I suppose PSC will steer the
foundation|association|whatever

I think this is a very special case, as these are used by core developers and major
project contributors. Same applies to QGIS Android.

We have prior art de facto rights on the trademark already, so if we want, we could
sue somebody already. I do not think anybody is keen on going this route anyway.
The first and foremost need is to be protected against legal actions against us
(think of the Python case) and more generally against somebody from outside stealing
our brand.
No protection is absolute, but my feeling is that we are a bit overexposed now, given
our popularity.
