[Qgis-psc] Another paid bug-fixing round?

Hi,

Last time we paid €5000.- for 50h. The official rate at Norbit (at least
last time when we bought some support) was 100€ per hour. If this sounds
much to you, you have to take into account all the unpaid that Jürgen
does for the project.

I am not a PSC member - so I don't have a vote - but I would support that.

I would also suggest to pay Martin Dobias for an additional week (I
don't know the rates he has). There is a discussion about an important
fix that Martin could do to fix this blocker bug that "Avoid
Intersection" fails sometimes: http://hub.qgis.org/issues/8174

Martin offered to fix this within 2 days (incl. unit test).

So can we decide to pay Jürgen for 50h and Martin for one week - and ask
him to fix http://hub.qgis.org/issues/8174 as part of this assignment?

@Martin: can you please tell us the rate for one week of development work?

Thanks a lot,
Andreas
