That's essentially just an usual install onto a portable medium and a minimal
toplevel batch file that points to another batch file in the appropriate
subdirectory. Do we really need a separate of all the binaries just to have
that?
I suppose it could be an option of the standalone installer (skip privileged
steps like installing the vc runtimes and produce the batch file).
