Hi all.
Let me summarize the decision taken yesterday about refunds of
HackFest expenses:
* venue and food are free for all participants
* core staff (core committers and PSC members) are always fully
refunded by default
* all others can apply for funding, sending an estimate of their
expenses and what they intend to do for the project during the HF; PSC
decides autonomously on all requests, on the best interests of the project
* local HF organizers should provide, upon submission of the proposal,
a provisional budget, with an estimate of local expenses and
availability of sponsors.
Am I missing something?
Should I add this to the governance docs? BTW, I'm not finding them,
could someone point me to it?
