[Qgis-psc] Future release names 2.10+

Hi

I'm happy to go with whatever you come up with.

@Andreas - can we table the 3.0 release for the next meeting. I also
suggest we hold dedicated topic meetings for things like this - I am sure
it will pretty much take up the entire meeting time.
