A barbecue sounds great and buffet catering where people walk around and
not only talk to the people sitting just next to them is also a nice
opportunity to bump into the less known members of the community.
For my part, I enjoy to have this off-site because it's nice to get out
and see the surroundings of the venue and it's nice to have an evening
clearly earmarked as chat instead of hack.
