[Qgis-psc] Working on pull requests

Hi,

I wonder if we could pay one developer for one week to review and work 
on the pull requests. There are 55 open pull requests and it think it 
would be good for contributors if the PRs are reviewed in a timely manner.

We are doing well with donations/sponsorships - we have the financial 
resources to pay a dev to work one week dedicated on 
reviewing/improving/accepting pull requests.

What do you think? Should I open up a voting?
