[Qgis-psc] Selecting devs for the paid bug fixing program

Hi all,

I asked all registered QGIS-devs from 
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Cdh-6eAmVCdiZIQGMhu_Aqgg09tpxsC40BGXQJtYc54/edit#gid=1032699565 
if they would be available to work on paid bug fixing for the 2.14 LT 
release.

I got 4 answers - see the 2.14 tab of the spreadsheet. The following 
devs are available, each for 5 days or some also slightly more:

Jürgen Fischer
Nyall Dawson
Martin Dobias
Sandro Santilli (strk)

Given that this is a LT release, I would suggest to accept all 4 for 5 
days each. Accepting all 4 devs would mean 20k Euros.

Note that I just got notice from the german QGIS usergroup that they 
want to sponsor 3k dedicated towards bug fixing. And they want to 
sponsor again for the same purpose in 2016. The Swiss QGIS usergroup 
sponsored 7k in 2016, and will most likely sponsor again in 2016 
(probably around 9k), also dedicated towards bug fixing.

It would be good to decide it before Christmas, so that the devs can 
plan their time in January/February.
