I think yes - we had it up for the whole year.

I have no idea. If forgot about the Bonn dev meeting. Do you have any 
idea how much this will cost us? You probably know best, as you had been 
in contact with the organizers.

I don't know if the Bonn meeting counts as a normal dev meeting or is an 
extra one. One "small" problem with the dev meetings, that they are 
timewise relatively close to each other. Girona is end of May and Bonn 
in August - so only about three months in between.
