[Qgis-psc] Selection of developers for 2.8 bug fixing

Hi

Sorry I wasn't asking for a vote (since we already did that on the sheet) -
I was more asking what the normal mechanism is to get them started? Is it
enough to say here 'Martin and Juergen can you please start?' ?
