[Qgis-psc] Denmark HF progress

Just had a pleasant chat with Lene. Things are going very well; most
local costs are already covered, and we expect more money to come in the
next weeks. If all goes well, the project will need to cover only
flights, optimistically we could even have some of these costs covered.
