[Qgis-psc] Request for sponsorship

Hi Anita,

In my opinion we can afford the 3'200 Euros. Strk is making very good
progress and I paid a dev day out of my private funds. Our account
balance is now at € 20'100 (with the recent Paypal payments included).
We will have more available than the 20'000 this year, as there is a
constant flow of donations and sponsorship money. Once we have the
association in place, this would probably also have a positive impact on
our sponsorship money.

You can regard Strks work as part of our bug fixing/QA efforts. In my
opinion, we should invest a bit more in the upcoming 2.8 release, since
I had the impression it will be our first LTS release (did PSC decide on
that?). Please note that QGIS-CH will also pay 1-2 weeks of bug fixing,
so we could perhaps cover the 2.10 bug fixing round (or 3.0 or whatever
it will be called).

But I should stop influencing PSC now ;-)

Andreas
