[Qgis-psc] Future handling of sponsorships

I think it is better if the same info is handed over to me as well, in

ok - I can do that

I would add: I can send a reminder before the expiration of the
sponsorship, asking if they want to renew it - my feeling is that many
would do it, but forget or are lazy, and simply reminding it we could
increase our sponsorships.

Once the mechanism is in place, I can use the time spared to try and
contact more potential sponsors.
