[Qgis-psc] Bugfixing for 2.10

Dear PSC,

Below you will find a report of bugs and issues which I tackled for 2.10.
The list would definitely be shorter without the possibility to be part
of the official bugfixing efforts.
Not listed here are a lot of hours which went into improvements of
testing / continuous integration.

Expressions: preserve brackets for right-associative operators

Fix QgsExpression::dump() for functions without params and for "NOT IN"
