[Qgis-psc] Future release names 2.10+

Hi,

Based on the developer meeting history (
http://www2.qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/meetings/developer/index.html) and
the release name suggestions I've received, I suggest the following next
release names:

2.10 Pisa
2.12 Essen
2.14 Nodebo

Please let me know if you have any objections. Otherwise I'll assume that
this is the agreed on release name list for the next 12 months.
