This is the outcome of a short and very productive chat with Andreas:
* we can count on 40K in our budget now
* we propose to invest 10k on bugfixing for this release
* I suggest to monitor the work done, asking the developers to report at
the end of the bugfixing period the number of commits/lines of
code/files modified/bug fixed; we all know this has only a very weak
relation with the work done, but I believe it is nice to say our donors
and sponsors "Hey, thanks to your money we fixed X bugs!".
