[Qgis-psc] QGIS paid bug fixing

the list of regressions (call them blockers or any other way you
decide to call them) is shorter than in the past at this point of the
release cicle. Right now are 29/30. A couple of them are already fixed
and waiting to be backported. Then at least one was introduced by the
recent new geometries commit, so this should be fixed anyway.

Regarding the others, particularly important seems to be

* wrong results in raster calculator: http://hub.qgis.org/issues/12450

that is as bad as the recently fixed issue about wrong area calculations.
