[Qgis-psc] Publish link to our user survey on start page

Hi,

Can we publish the link to the survey on our front page - at least for a 
couple of days?

Maybe even do a banner on it?

If someone tells me where the banner source graphics are - I would 
volunteer to do a banner for it.
