[Qgis-psc] Possible funding for devs to begin Qt5/Python 3.0 port?

Hi,

this week I would like to prepare the manual update based on the application
form which ended this weekend. I don't remember what budget we plan to spend
for this? Or will we have to discuss this in the next meeting?
