[Qgis-psc] Working on pull requests

Sorry for stepping in late into the conversation.

I would like to suggest that it is a better policy to not allow PR’s in the queue that are not candidates for review and merge. I don’t think it is a good platform for ‘test my stuff’ kind of patches - contributors could rather hold those code changes in their own fork and ask testers to pull from that.
