[Qgis-psc] Girona HackFest

Dear psc,

With this email I want to ask if there are some possibilities to have
refound for the next HF in Girona .

The whole should not get over 200 euros (flight + accommodation).

I would like to work on some topics:
* improvements on the transifex user management
* discuss about the Processing help files.  This includes the chance to get
back SAGA help files and discuss on a more "user friendly" way to add help
files also for not experts
* helping with the documentation, especially some parts of the pyqgis
cookbook (plugin creation and translation)
* discussing the QEP 15 on graph and plots improvements (
