[Qgis-psc] Bank account for QGIS.ORG is now open

Hi,

The QGIS.ORG bank account is now opened. Tim stopped by in Zurich, 
because the bank wanted the associations president to show up with his 
passport in person. Thanks, Tim!

We also started registration in the trade registry, but this process 
will take a bit longer, since we will need translations to german of 
some of the documents from an official translation office. Will keep you 
updated. Once the trade registry is done, I will open a separate PayPal 
account for QGIS.ORG.
