[Qgis-psc] PSC meeting?

Hi all,
may I call for a PSC meeting (of course, open to everybody)?
What I'd be interested in:
* an update on the state of the association, next steps, and plans for
the future
* an overview of the budget (speaking about it is easier that reading
spreadsheets)
* state of QGIS3, and next steps.
Today h 12?
