[Qgis-psc] Event budgets 2017

Hi Lene,

It's budget season at OSGeo and QGIS.ORG.

OSGeo will have a new budget structure 2017. The current draft has a
section for PSCs to request budget for project events such as code sprints
and user conferences: https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OSGeo_Budget_2017

Like the GRASS project, which already requested a code sprint budget, we
should also have a look at our plans for 2017. Do we want to request OSGeo
sponsorship for the planned developer meetings or the user conference?
