We/I already looked at it some time ago: we are already included, as
'QGIS BLOG' pointing to:

http://blog.qgis.org/?q=rss.xml

Which according to osgeo does not provide data, but if I paste that url
in a browser I can see recent posts

But apparently the feed has changed, as this should now be:

http://blog.qgis.org/feed/
