[Qgis-psc] Getting rid of list of past sponsors at our website

Hi, 

I propose to get rid of our list of past sponsors at
http://www.qgis.org/en/site/about/sponsorship.html 

The sponsors list is quite a pain to maintain with this complicated
markup. The list of past sponsors may have been useful in the past when
we had only a few sponsors. 

If you don't oppose, I would clean this up and remove that section of
past sponsors.
