Don't forget that no-one is paid for reviewing PRs, so it's all volunteer
time contributed by devs/their employers. It's a big call to say we should
work harder on this ;)
Some things to note:
- we've had a TON of PRs this cycle. Development has been very active and I
actually don't think I've ever seen so much activity in the git list.
Despite this, we still managed to review, fix and merge a huge number of
requests (special credit to Matthias for his phenomenal effort) during the
cycle and pre-freeze.
- quite a lot of the PRs are fixes, not features, so they were
de-prioritised till after freeze.
