[Qgis-psc] Changing logo

Hi all,
the answer from the lawyer is that a new logo requires a new
registration (apparently there is no way to upgrade an eisting one). As
a result, the cost is only marginally lower than the first registration
(1650 € total, including OAMI fees; unsure BOUT vat).
