[Qgis-psc] DRAFT: Extension to community member voting deadline and clarifications

Hi Junior


I am going to send out an email this week coming giving an update. The plan is to open the nominations for another short window of time agains, then hold a vote from all committers to decide which of the nominees actually get community voter rights.
