[Qgis-psc] Updating sponsors on qgis.org

Hi Anita,

Vorarlberg is renewing their sponsorship. I received confirmation 
yesterday. AGH Krakow: J. Magiera is investigating about it with the 
director of the university.

So please leave them in. I will take care about it.
