Thank you for sharing your work. QGIS team is constantly striving to
improve our user experience. We recently decided to restrict the
granting of unconditional rights to upload a plugin only to members of
core team (mostly committers of QGIS source code). As a consequence,
from now on your plugins will need to be published by our administration
team. This is normally a very quick process, and does not require any
intervention from your side. If you have concerns about this process,
please let us know, and we'll discuss ways to improve the situation.
