[Qgis-psc] Postpone the AGM to Bonn

That's ok with me. I guess it's better not to rush into this if the hurry
is not necessary.
Concerning the wording "

AGM in Bonn where the voting members will approve the budget", I guess you
mean that voting members will at this time electronically vote on the
budget. It's not really a "where" thing, right?
