[Qgis-psc] Chair for opening session at QGISConf#2

Hi Tim,

One option would be to ask Lene. She did last year's conference and 
would be a good candidate.

Paolo, as vice chair would be my other suggestion. If both options are 
not possible, I could do an introduction - but it would be definitely 
less then 10 minutes ;-)
