[Qgis-psc] Statute modifications

Hi all,
I have read the modification of the statute, and I must congratulate
with Tim and Andreas for the exceptional work they have done to polish
it. I think now it is much more manageable and understandable.
The only point I'm still not so sure about is the 2 years term for board
members, especially for Chair and Treasurer: don't you think this is
really too short, and may push unwanted changes in the organization for
critical issues in steering the project? I think we need a longer term
strategy, and a stable management of resources; a 3 to 5 years term
might be more appropriate.
