Hi Tim,

The second paragraph of the document contains a confusing sentence:

"This special AGM will catered for the needed transition from the old 
organisation to the new we carried out these steps"

Maybe you meant:

"In order to transition to the new organisation we carried out the 
following steps in the special AGM:"
