[Qgis-psc] Selection of successful QGIS grant applications

Hi PSC

So the votes for the grant applications are closed and I have been adding up the scores:

For the first time we will have a bit of difficulty in using up the full allocated amount. In order to accommodate the 5th placed entry we would need to make another EUR 3800 available to the grant pool which I suspect is too much variance from our budget (Andreas confirm this). Last year we stumped up another 500 which I think was reasonable to accommodate. So I first ask Andreas:

Do we have another EUR 3800 available to accommodate "5 IMPROVE DEEP RELATIONS WITH POSGRES EDITING" in the grant round?

And secondly I ask the PSC: Assuming there are funds available do you agree to extend the grant budget by 3800 to accommodate the additional proposal? Please indicate by +1 in this thread if you do.

My vote is: +1 to include proposal 5 if Andreas indicates we have the funds.

Once we have decided this, I will post the results on the blog and the mailing lists on the weekend.
