[Qgis-psc] Proposal for next release name

Hi Anita, 

Oh - I did not know that you already have a map from Girona, Anita. 

I thought I would ask the Catalunya guys who are here at the hackfest,
to look into map options for the splash screen. E.g. Marti or Carlos.
But if you have something already, I won't ask them.
