[Qgis-psc] Mailing list for qwc2

Hi, 

QWC2 is now in testing by quite a few organizations in Switzerland,
Germany and Sweden. It would help us a lot to have a mailing list in
this phase of the project. Because most users seem to have similar
issues to get started with nodejs, yarn and the initial configuration. 

Who is in charge of the mailing list setups and could setup a qwc2
mailing list for us? 

A similar situation is actually for QGIS server users. 

Could we setup two lists? 

qgis-qwc2 and qgis-server ? The latter can be shared with the lizmap
project. 

I know that we tried to get rid of mailing lists that aren't active, but
I think that both QGIS server and QWC2 have some momentum currently. I
don't want to bother the QGIS user list with issues around nodejs,
Apache, yarn, etc.
