[Qgis-psc] Performance regressions (was QGIS 2.18 bug fixing effort)

Hi Tim and Richard,

Paul is doing the real work here, let's discuss that with him.

For the space required, the main question is to define how much history and
build frequency we want to keep.
One html report is 2.2 M large.
For a daily build with 6 months history, we get about 396 M. I suppose this
is more than enough to start.

Paul, can you share your thoughts about DNS / preferred connection protocol
?
