[Qgis-psc] Successful QGIS Grant Proposals

Hi all,
we started a QEP for that GRANT Application here :

Vincent Mora has a first Pull Request coming soon to help discussing on
using SAVEPOINTS for undo/redo in transaction group modes.
Let's meet in the QEP for comments !
