[Qgis-psc] shortened list of categories on QGIS bug tracker

Same for me. If I would regularly clean up my own issues, quite a few
issues could be closed. 

I assume that Regis and I are not the only ones and that there is a huge
potential to close issues if users would regularly take the time to do
so.
