I just added a new regression (in QGIS 2.18 since 2.14):

https://issues.qgis.org/issues/16495

so it seems there are 2/3 now that are about the table of attributes.
Wonder if they could have a common origin.
Yesterday at Alessandro and Luigi tried to tackle the "Rows of the
attribute table seem to be duplicated when saving edits in a
shapefile" one and they have not cracked it yet.
